H.E. Miguel Moratinos, High Representative of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations will visit Turkey ‪on 7-9 August 2019 upon the invitation of H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs in order to participate in the XIth Ambassadors Conference. High Representative Moratinos will take part as a speaker in the panel entitled “Rising Populism and Racism” to be organized in the margins of the Conference and have a bilateral meeting with H.E. Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
