We learned with deep sorrow that a terrorist attack perpetrated today (25 July) in Quetta, capital of the Balochistan province of Pakistan, resulted in many loss of lives and left many others wounded. It targeted innocent civilians who were on their way to the ballot centres in order to exercise their democratic rights.

We condemn this heinous terrorist attack and wish Allah`s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded and convey our condolences to the friendly Government and the brotherly people of Pakistan.
