H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey will visit Rome on the occasion of the 10th Turkish-Italian Forum on 23 November 2017. The Forum has been held with the participation of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries since 2004.

The Forum, which brings together politicians, businessmen, academicians, journalists, NGO representatives and opinion leaders from both countries, provides opportunity to evaluate current bilateral and international issues in an informal setting.

The main focus of the 10th Forum will be economic and trade relations and joint investments in third markets.

On the occasion of the Forum H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, and H.E Mr. Angelino Alfano, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Italy are also expected to have a bilateral meeting to exchange views on Turkey-EU relations, current regional and international issues as well as political, economic and commercial relations between Turkey and Italy.

Minister Çavuşoğlu will also address the audience at the NATO Defence College and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI).
