H.E. Alain Aimé Nyamitwe, Minister of External Relations and International Cooperation of Burundi will pay an official visit to Turkey on 13-15 June 2017.

This first visit at the level of Foreign Minister from Burundi to Turkey will provide the opportunity to discuss ways of improving bilateral relations between the two countries and to exchange views on regional issues.

The said visit will also reaffirm Turkey’s will to broaden relations with African countries in all areas as foreseen within the framework of Turkey’s Africa Partnership Policy. During the course of the visit, various bilateral cooperation agreements will also be signed.
